Hi, I’m Andrea — a designer, photographer, and educator who believes that creativity should be inclusive, intentional, and inspiring. I’ve spent over a decade teaching graphic design and photography, mentoring students, and refining curriculum that meets both industry needs and human needs.
My work lives at the intersection of visual storytelling and social impact — whether I’m leading a graphic class, shooting an event, shooting a food branding session, or championing accessible design in the classroom. I’m passionate about helping emerging creatives not only build technical skills but also find their voice, their value, and their vision.
Originally from Guatemala and currently based in Oregon, I bring a global perspective to everything I do — from my academic research in inclusive education to my freelance photography work and my upcoming travels for my dissertation defense. I’m fluent in Spanish and English.
Let’s create something meaningful together.
