I read an article about the places to eat ice cream, and one of them was Salt and Straw and they have three shops in Portland. 

Let me tell you that when you arrived to the place it's a little overwhelming to order, because there are so many good options, that if you are like me, you will need a little time to make your final decision.

I went for the Portland's classic Strawberry Honey Balsamic with Pepper and Arbequina Olive Oil. The texture was perfect and the flavor excellent, you can feel the flavor of the different ingredients in perfect balance.

So don't hesitate and indulge yourself in this wonderful place.
