Cuando llega el fin de semana, me dan ganas de comer todo lo que me he privado durante la semana (cuando me he portado bien y me he controlado en la semana).

Teníamos varios días sin poder vernos con Irene, así que decidimos salir a comer junto con unos amigos.

Yo tenia la responsabilidad de elegir el lugar para ir a cenar, y dentro de las opciones que les envíe estaba la pizza de La Fattoria. Este lugar ya lo conocía pero tenia ya un buen tiempo sin ir.

El lugar vende comida italiana pero es más conocido por sus pizzas. Mi favorita es la capricciosa, por que me encantan los corazones de alcachofa, y esa pizza tiene ese ingrediente, más mozarella, salsa de tomate y jamón. Además descubrí que es una de las pizzas que tienen como recomendación que posee menos calorías que las del resto del menú. Entonces eso fue una razón más para amar la caprichosa y comerme un pedazo extra :D

Pedimos la mitad de capricciosa y la otra mitad de golosa, que trae salsa de tomate, mozarella, tocino, hongos, cebolla morada y aceite de oliva.

Pedimos una pizza grande, que trae 12 porciones y eramos 4 así que eran 3 pedamos para cada uno y nos la terminamos. Yo dude de comerme mi tercer pedazo pero no lo pude evitar, la pizza estaba riquísima.

Mi favorita sigue siendo la capricciosa, tal vez por todas sus características, me encanta que la alcachofa le da un toque fresco a la pizza, y se mezcla con la textura y sabores de los ingredientes que por naturaleza vienen calientes. Ese contraste es asombroso.

When the weekend arrived, I feel the necessity of eat all the delicious things that I couldn´t during the weekdays because of the diet (when I behave and eat according to the diet).

We handn´t hang out with Irene, fora couple of days, so we decieded to have dinner with some friends.

I had the responsibility to choose the restaurant, and one of the options was pizza from La Fattoria. I had been in this restaurant before, but it had been a while since the last time I was there.

The place serves Italian food, but it´s known mostly for their pizza. My favorite it the capricciosa, mostly because I love the artichokes, and this pizza has it, plus mozarella, tomato sauce and ham. And I also discovered that this is one of the pizza from the menu that they recommend because it has less calories. So this was a reason to eat an extra slice :)

I ordered the half of a large pizza of capricciosa and the other half golosa, that has tomatoe sauce, mozarella, bacon, mushrooms, red onion and olive oil.

The large pizza has 12 slices, so there were 3 slices for each one, I really had doubt about eating my last slice, but it was so delicious that I couldn´t help it.

My favorite isstill is the capricciosa, maybe because of all it´s characteristics. I love the artchiokes, because it gave to the pizza a sense of freshness to all the other ingredients that for nature are hot, and the contrast it´s great.
