Estoy escribiendo sobre la riqueza del ramen que tenemos disponibles en Guatemala, así que tenia 3 paradas oficiales.

Y para empezar decidí ir a Ran en Plaza Musical en zona 10 de la Ciudad de Guatemala. Los reviews del lugar decian que era un autentico restaurante japones.

El restaurante tiene un ambiente calmado, de echo todos hablaban bajito, que al principio yo me sentía como la ruidosa del lugar.

Por supuesto yo ordene Ramen, que venia con cerdo, y como era un domingo lluvioso, fue la comida perfecta para mi pancita. La sopa tenia muchisimo sabor y la porción estuvo bastante bien, pero la verdad es que un poco más de carne no me hubiera caído mal.

El postre fue un helado de dátiles hecho a mano, y como era hecho a mano la textura estaba entre un sorbete y un helado cremoso, con trozos de dátiles y un trocito de pasta de wantán azucarado.

Este lugar tiene una comida deliciosa y un ambiente relajado, lo que tienes que considerar si los visitas, es que es un poquito caro, $$$.

I am writing about the richness of ramen available in Guatemala, and I had 3 restaurants that are the official spots.

So I started with Ran in Plaza Musical in zone 10 of Guatemala City. The reviews of this place claimed to be an authentic Japanese Restaurant.

The restaurant had a quiet environment in fact everyone there talks really soft; at the beginning, I felt that I was being too loud.

Of course what I ordered was Ramen, that came with pork, and because it was a rainy Sunday this was perfect for my tummy. The soup had a great flavor and the portion was right in fact a little bit of more meat wouldn’t hurt.

The dessert was handmade date ice cream. Since it was made by hand, the texture was between a sorbet and a creamy ice cream, with little chunks of date and a little piece of sugared won tong.

This place has great food and is perfect to relax. It´s a little pricey so you need to had this in mind $$$.
